Dear parents and carers, 

Please find attached  form above for use if you are currently employed as a Key Worker in categories 1-3 and you require cover from the school during week beginning  30^th March 2020. Please note this is for children of Key Workers who do not have another parent/carer to care for them.  

Please visit Coronavirus (COVID-19): school closure guidance for key workers,  if you feel you fall into one of these  categories.

Please complete this school request form and return to the HT mailbox by 3pm today. I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not bring your child/children to school unless you have had a telephone call /email from me.  (headteacher@ourladyofpeace-pri.glasgow.sch.uk)

Alternatively, you can call the school between 8.30am- 9.15am on 0141 773 0550. This is only if you are unable to complete the form and  return it  to me.

The aim is to reduce Social Contact for all. There is  clear message from the government  to stay at home in the fight against the Coronavirus.
